The Story
The age of AI is already here— it’s everywhere. At work, at home, on our phones and in our products. The advancements are moving at such a rapid pace and AI innovtion is only accelerating.
But most organizations can’t keep up. While most leaders want to adopt AI, most don’t know where to start, what to do, or how to do it. There are a lot of organizations and companies focusing on the ethical side of AI, looking at the data, product, biases, or hallucinations. But there’s a glaring gap on the human side— how AI adoption and integration affect actual people. That’s what Stochastic Potential focuses on.
As AI increases productivity and efficienty for individuals, teams, and comapnies, there needs to be fundamental shift in organizations. We must redesign roles, teams, and organizations to leverage the both the advantages of AI but also to empower the unique things that keep us human— creativity, collaboration, and connection.
It won’t happen overnight and we don’t have to go from 0 —> 100 today. But we do have to start. Our goal is to connect like-minded people, organizations, and teams to start the dialogue. To start the conversations that create common ground and alignment about what principles and guardrails we could, and should, start to have in place, so that we ensure technology serves humanity. And not the other way around.
AI is exciting and the opportunities are virtually endless— but only if we do it responsibly, intentionally, and thoughtfully. This is our goal and it’s only just the beginning.
